We, as human beings, thrive off of REAL food. It sounds simple, but the food industry has lost any connection to nature, leaving us with snack options filled with inflammatory seed oils, refined sugars, incomplete plant protein, & not-so “natural” flavors. We created Prima to get back to our roots. We believe in movement, grounding, community,& most importantly eating the nutrient dense, bioavailable foods our ancestors have evolved eating.
