How soon do orders ship?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days. For the most up to date information on your order status, use the tracking link that was emailed to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an oder has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen pretty quickly, so if you wish to cancel please reach out to info@eatprima.com ASAP to check the status of your order.

How can I change the delivery address?

If you input the wrong shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible to info@eatprima.com.

If you are one of our subscribers, please log in to your account and change the shipping address there.

We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot make any promises as we work with external courier services and have to adhere to their timelines.

What if my oder gets lost in transit?

If you believe your order was lost in transit, reach out to us at info@eatprima.com and we will trace the package with our courier. Once deemed lost, we will send a replacement order ASAP.

Can I return my bars for a refund?

Due to the nuances of shipping food, our bars are considered final sale. That being said, things happen and we want you to be happy. If there is a problem with your order please contact info@eatprima.com within 7 days of delivery and we will do what we can to make it right.
